The Whale went a perfect 3-0 this week, including a 5-1 win over the Savages.  The Nighthawks didn't allow a single goal, which is kind of misleading...as they won their first game by forfeit before shutting out the Raging Bulls 5-0.

LEADING SCORER - Ryan Muth - Savages - 11 gp, 10-14-24

TOP GOALTENDER - Mike Bradley - Savages - 9 gp, 7W, 2.20 gaa, 0.910 s%

While the Walrus' did take one on the chin early in the week (7-2 vs Bar South), they bounced back with a 9-4 win over Redline.  They are far and ahead the top team in the standings, and are on the verge of locking up first place.  Besides their win against the Walrus', Bar South played a tight game against the Whalers...ultimately losing 7-5...and then took down Team Pending by the same score.  The Cobras slipped from 2nd to 3rd in the rankings, through really no fault of their own.  They earned a forfeit win in their first game, and then slipped past the bottom-ranked Raging Bulls 6-5 in their second.

LEADING SCORER - Brent McGugan - Cobras - 17gp 11-21-32

TOP GOALTENDER - Chris Curr - Walruses - 17 gp, 14W, 2.88 gaa, 0.890 s%

The rise of the Blobfish has reached its peak.  Although time may be against them, and they may be hard-pressed to make the division 4 playoffs, they've served notice that if they should make it...the rest of the division 4 teams won't be sleeping easy.  With three more wins this week, including a big 9-7 victory against the top-ranked Killer Bees, the 'Fish have improved the record in the division to 5-1 since their return.  Outside of them jumping ahead of both the Bees and Haggard and into the top-seed, the only other movement came from the Sharks moving ahead of Smashville thanks to a 4-2 win in a game between the two squads on Tuesday.

LEADING SCORER - Trevor Kordyban - Blobfish - 17 gp, 33-34-67

TOP GOALTENDER - Gerrit Spang - Rush - 12 gp, 4W, 2.68 gaa, 0.890 s%

Everybody move!  When the top-ranked team fails to win a game in three tries, and the bottom-ranked team goes a perfect 3-0...things are gonna get moved around.  Every single team moved out of last week's spot in the power-rankings.  Human Centipedes, 7C's and Rockets climbed, while the rest took a tumble.  The Crown Royals were officially eliminated from playoff contention.

LEADING SCORER - Kody Chalifoux - 7C's - 20 gp, 40-31-71

TOP GOALTENDER - Dylan Lynch - The Farm Team - 16 gp, 7W, 2.82 gaa, 0.880 s%

Three of the eight games played this week were decided by forfeit.  One game that wasn't was Team Ferda's impressive 6-1 win over the Snipers.  Couple that with their 6-2 win over the Ukraine Athletic...and we now have a new top ranked team in the division.  Outside of that, the Afterburners took a 5-0 win over the Liberty Tax Lions to facilitate a swap in the rankings at the bottom of the division.

LEADING SCORER - Dave Musey - Snipers - 18 gp 15-25-40

YDP cleaned up this week, going a perfect 2-0 and out-scoring their opponents 20-3 in the process. Needless to say, they will remain in the top-seed.  Right below them, the GWOPS and Rink Rats swapped spots, as the Rink Rats also went a perfect 2-0 and the GWOPS failed to register a win.  Further down, the Predators jumped the Cobra Kai, thanks to a 3-2 head-to-head win.  The remaining three teams held their spots from the previous week.

LEADING SCORER - Alex Rotondo - GWOPS - 15 gp 21-32-53

So...the Tigers seem to enjoy basketball.  Forfeit losses on Monday and Thursday sent them spiraling down the power-rankings, from 3-6.  The Rampage and Kings hold steady at the top.  While the Huskies and Prestige Worldwide made jumps.

Not often does a team get four games in a week...and an even rarer feat is to win all four games.  Which is exactly what the Regulators did.  Four wins, catapulting them from 3rd to 1st in this weeks rankings.  They knocked off half the division, including the previously top-ranked Canadians.

LEADING SCORER - Ryan Rusk - Canadians - 19 gp 30-29-59

TOP GOALTENDER - Liam George - Regulators - 10 gp, 6W, 3.23 gaa, 0.850 s%

The Bacardi Oil stumbled big-time this week, dropping a 6-1 game to the top-ranked Cubs, which was sandwiched between an overtime win and an overtime loss versus the divisions bottom-2 teams.  As a result of their poor play, combined with the Reapers winning 2 out of 3...the Oil have dropped to 3rd in this weeks rankings.

LEADING SCORER - Dave Shaw - Edm Reapers - 20 gp 15-37-52

TOP GOALTENDER - Sam Belter - Bacardi Oil - 8 gp, 7W, 2.36 gaa, 0.870 s%
